I have been employed as a Physical Education Teacher at Monroe Public Schools since 1999. I have worked at many of the Elementary schools in the District. I am currently working at Custer Elementary where there are over 1200 students. I have brought some cutting edge ideas to our program that help engage more students. I am also the Director of our Healthy Schools Initiative. I am always looking to add more creative/innovative ideas to my teaching repertoire. • Head Football Coach
      • Aug 1999 - Present

I have been the Head football coach at Monroe Middle School since 1999. In that time I have lost or tied only 9 times. Some of the teams had as few as 23 on them whereas others have had 89. I like to think outside the box. I take methods that are proven to work and put my unique twist on it. I truly care about the success of the players not only on the field but in the classroom and in life, as well. It is my job to make them upstanding, respectful, and productive young men. I have great rapport with both players and parents and my passion for the game and desire to teach players skills needed for the next level is second to none. I still truly love coaching and put my heart and soul into it every day. If I’m putting my name on something it’s going to be great. Show less
