      I have been in property management for almost 15 years since starting in college in VA. I have worked my way up from intern to my current position of property manager. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Residential Property Management in 2009. More recently, I have been the property manager of a 228 unit community in Salem, Ma since July 2017. I oversee a $5,000,000 per year budget that I write and defend annually. I also work directly with my property's asset management team to oversee capital projects and achieve their goals for the community. 2021 was a great year for my property maintaining under 2% average delinquency and beating NOI by 11.3%. I have also started mentoring junior property managers in my region and helped 3 new managers write their first budget.
