Jason and I worked together mutually on a challenging, high visibility, and extremely important project for University of Phoenix--we were implementing an Assessment Management System to help get the University off Notice status with the HLC. While I was on the IT side, Jason was on the Administrative team with UOPX. Jason was invaluable on the team as he was able to deftly cross between the technical discussions and the academic requirements we had to meet. Jason was able to help us explain the technical approach to his colleagues and superiors, and he was always very quick to understand the what and why. He understood it to the point that he would also work with us and question the approaches/ideas in ways that were challenging in order to ensure the solutions would work in all the use-cases. He is also always very professional and able to handle delicate negotiations in a high-stress environment--indeed he was a calming force. I very much appreciated having a partner in Jason and I would recommend his work and would gladly work with him again.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Jason on a highly visible and critical project for the University of Phoenix. Jason’s role in our working relationship was one of business owner and stakeholder. Since I was bringing the business vision and needs to fruition via a technology solution, I relied heavily upon Jason to provide clear, concise and detailed information. He provided this need with a high level of success and integrity. Jason was superb at analyzing an issue, making decisions and providing clear direction. His communication style was consistently clear and detailed and he always substantiated his decisions, which was very important as we were working toward inflexible deadlines. His attention to detail and work style was a large factor toward meeting these deadlines as well as eliminating revisions and rework. Jason also had a very good grasp from a technological perspective and understood the product and software lifecycle very well. His ability to compose detailed requirements and document system processes was unparalleled. I would be very happy to work with Jason in the future and would highly recommend him.
