As the Director of Service at Equips, I am responsible for the oversight of service dispatch, claims handling, and work as our preferred vendor liaison. Equips has identified the struggles financial institutions have in managing multiple maintenance contracts. Annual contract increases, along with employee time dedicated to troubleshooting equipment issues, proves to be costly and an inefficient use of time.Equips relieves your management and administrative staff of the timely and frustrating task of equipment maintenance.
