I lead a team of 15-20 engineers (dependent on workloads and the contract) over various contracts. The engineers fit Sky/ Digital TV. Collect WEEE and make repairs to TVs on site. There is also a TV installation contract as well as WIFI business contract. We out perform all other regions within the country in a highly competetive and KPI driven enviroment. I help develop and support the engineers to achieve our goalsI run the team from the field. My main roles include, Interviewing and selection of candidates. Training, developing and moulding these candidates into fully fledged engineers. From there they will enter a CI process which is headed by myself.
