Jason was a pleasure to work with. A very smart and detail orientated design engineer who takes great pride in his work, and must get it right the first time.

Manufactures the world's largest screen machines for the wheel portable and track mobile market and is a market contender in the crusher industry for wheel portable and track mobile machines. -Work in the Engineering Design Department of the Tualatin headquarters. -New frame design for the track mobile crushing product line designed using Inventor Pro FEA simulation package to validate design. -Designed many hydraulics systems including such things as a complete Load sense hydraulic system for our Rock/Wood Separator. Making sure that all the pumps and motors would meet or exceed our horsepower and torque requirements. As well and laying out which valves needed electronic proportional control, or simply a friction detented valve. -Designed and received a patent on a conveyor folding system that used hydraulic cylinders only to pivot and fold the conveyor. -Received patent on a hydraulic folding conveyor design. I was directly involved with our patent attorney's while the design was taken from drawing ideas to a legal patent document. -In charge of designing our Diesel engine packages along with our clutch pack into an adjustable skid. The design had dimensional requirements as well as side load requirements. -Create drawings to GDT standard to support the manufacturing process and on the fly design changes. -Support sales staff with plant layout drawings and unit drawings -Support sales staff with equipment design drawings for custom projects -In charge of ordering and verify all vendor parts and fabricated pieces that are included in my manufacturing projects -Compiled equipment, software, and a test procedure for measuring low frequency oscillations. A specific use was measuring our cone crushers, which oscillate at approximately 5 Hz. This helped us test problem units to detect if they fell within in factory specs out in the field Show less
