As owner and operator of a construction company, I run all aspects of the business. I handle billing, estimating, purchasing, change orders and project supervision while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Managing the company finances and constantly updating the books is how I stay on top of every aspect of the business. Supervising employees or subcontractors on a project, making sure demands are being met while putting customer relationships first. I deliver quality work that keeps my customers coming back and recommending me to their friends. Show less

Systems Designer

Jul 2011 - Mar 2016
As a systems designer I implemented modern building design and BAS practices to create customized automated building control systems. The designs optimized efficiency, closely working with the needs of the building, equipment and staff. I designed easy to use and learn, user Interfaces that showcased my system and the building as a whole. I provided training on the system to the owners, engineers and staff. I worked with equipment ranging from vav's to centrifugal chillers doing everything from point to point checkout to logic programming specializing in Metasys Extended Architecture. Troubleshooting is a strength of mine from simple end point devices to complex embedded third party electronics. Many projects that I completed produced results first of their kind working directly with manufactures and developers. I worked with customers existing servers and network devices as well as set up infrastructure from scratch to meet the scope of our contract. I integrated our BAS systems providing cutting edge access to the owners building systems and built custom graphics for the network supervisory devices displayed at the front end. Oftentimes scope dictated a seamless integration of various makes and version of equipment and software. Some of the contracts I was on include The United States Naval Academy, BWI, Anne Arundel County Schools, Maryland State, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Delaware Police, APL and many others. Show less
