  My wife and I resigned from Alabama Teen Challenge, moved to Columbia from Alabama, after being offered the state director’s position. We started residential woman’s and men’s facilities for individuals struggling with addiction. I was responsible for starting a Board of Directors, developing and training a team of staff, and raising our annual budget.
