Supported the program team by entering data into Destiny One for SMU Global and Online (SMU GO) non-credit courses, including both non-credit certificate programs and lifelong learning programs, or organizing and auditing the data entry work being done by others in the system. Worked with instructors and the program team to understand room requirements and acquire classrooms for in person courses being offered by SMU GO. Worked with other departments and university software/systems to request and confirm reservations and ensure courses are listed correctly and updating between Destiny and other SMU systems Maintain and enhance use of Canvas - Ensured system functions, including integration to registration system. Must set up codes, course lists, and other settings to run full online courses, or online aspects of on-ground courses (such as exam proctoring) accurately and efficiently. Ensure courses marked in Destiny also appear in Canvas.
