Perform back-up procedures for PC files, maintaining all files in an accurate and efficient manner. In addition to Help Desk duties, assist the Network Administrator, performing the full range of Network Administration duties in his absence. Also, administer MAC and Windows networks, supporting clients and maintaining workstations and servers. Troubleshoot when servers fail or experience delays, and configure and upgrade computer systems to replace legacy (outdated) equipment. Coordinate with vendors and purchase hardware and software for the next fiscal year.
