Provide leadership to drive performance improvements to world class levels in all facets of the manufacturing process using TPM and Lean methodologies, within a highly detailed corporate continuous improvement program. A key area of responsibility is transformational change management, providing guidance and direction to cultural development of our people within a continuous improvement mindset, along with fostering collabortative partnerships with unions.
