  In July 2016 I was offered the role of Chief Operations Officer with Trinzo.From the outset I was involved in all aspects of the business be it Recruitment, HR, Accounting, Marketing and to a lesser extent sales.   I was a training consultant for a medical device company that was having compliance issues. I successfully Implemented a learning management system (LMS) for them that linked all of their operating procedures with their personnel. When a procedure went through the change control process the new document would be uploaded to the system and all personnel linked to that process would be notified of the change so they could be trained on the change.

  I managed the Training and Lessons Learned (Continuous improvement) activities for the Nordic Battlegroup. The Battlegroup is an European Union Force that is on standby to deploy within 6,000 km of Brussels. The Force was approx. 2,500 personnel taken from seven European Countries.
