This resulted in a significantly lower report completion time of 45 minutes compared to the previous completion time of 2 hours for each report. • Reengineered the aged inventory report using pivot tables and macros to create a more visually appealing report template. This resulted in a significantly lower report completion time of 10 minutes compared to previous completion time of 1 hour. • Completed daily production reporting and other related reports without error by 10:00am, resulting in increased time given to upper management to review the previous day production before the daily meeting and 11:00am.
