Jason is a deep thinking individual whose mental orientation is keenly aimed at solving the issues that are not always apparent to others. Through countless discussions between classes and the sharing of knowledge through other forms of media, I am thoroughly convinced that Jason has the mental fortitude and the spirit necessary to overcome any obstacle that may be in his way. In actuality, I believe he cherishes challenges as he has always endeavored to take the hardest classes, maintain the highest GPA, and has fretted over every assignment in his efforts to not only achieve perfection, but to attain a new height of self-discovery every time he sets his pen down for a final time on each piece of work he accomplishes. Truly a man who takes the bigger picture into consideration, and is one of the rare ones that realizes that there are more than just one 'big pictures' that have to be analyzed. His Philosophy and English backgrounds have given him the ability to not only come up with solutions, but is able to articulate them with the written word and spoken word in a fashion that leaves his audience enlightened in the wake of his performance. His papers have received recognition from the State University of New York at Fredonia's honor society and he has read one of his papers to a live audience concerning a topic in Philosophy, an honor usually reserved for visiting professors. Adding Jason to a network, program, or as an employee will greatly benefit any entity that he is made a part of. I highly recommend him, and I know that each endeavor he accepts will not only enrich him, but will endow whatever he is a part of with a lasting presence of excellence.

Coached New Hires and cross-training agents in KeyBank's Contact Center for two years. Developed multiple projects from designing and implementing a 100% virtual COVID response in a one month time frame, to designing a new mentoring program for experienced agents to help develop agents learning new skills. Increasing our mentor pool to over 50+ agents. Over this course of time, I assisted in coaching over 500 agents into the Contact Center and developed or refined all training materials in my department. Reviewed procedural questions, agent calls and communications with other departments to provide recommendations for departmental and contact center improvements. Show less
