I was afforded the opportunity to work with and know Jason during his deployment to Kosovo in 2015, during which he served as the military representative to the project that I was coordinating. Together we worked to train and involve a multinational group of soldier volunteers to assist, throughout their deployments, with the ‘A Violence Free Future’ project, which taught tolerance and pro-social behaviors to local youth as a means of countering ethnic tension and radicalization/ extremist recruitment. We worked closely together on a weekly and sometimes daily basis, and I was never less than impressed with Jason’s effective communication, planning, and organizational skills. Furthermore, I was inspired by his dedication and passion for pushing the project forward and making Kosovo a better place. Throughout the time we worked together, I knew that Jason was someone I could confidently rely heavily on even in the most chaotic of circumstances. Therefore, I believe Jason would be an asset to any team, and I strongly recommend him for any positions requiring project management skills.

Jason was our "go to" desktop technician in the Home Equity / Mortgage Banking division for several years (2001-2004). In addition to having mastery of the technical environments, he also equally understood his clients' operational needs and drivers, allowing him to function in high demand areas with minimal interruption. On projects and in "business as usual" support, he was often the assigned troubleshooter to tackle tougher, more advanced issues. We proudly saw him serve in the Middle and East and he always kept touch. A great resource and a pleasure with whom to work!
