  I purchased all materials for on going jobs with our company. I had also produced bills in order to send out to our clients for the work that was being done for them. I calculated the stock sheets of material used for each job. Worked closely with the project managers for both small time and material jobs, service work and big AIA Contract jobs to make sure that the billing was getting out each month on time and we were billing the correct amounts for each.
