I was thrilled when I got asked to join the crew on BattleBots. I remember watching it as a teenager and loving the robots. All the thought and talent that went into creating the machines. When I became a part of the show, I saw the rabid fans first hand. They would wait hours to see their favorite “bot,” sometimes coming to multiple shows in a week. It’s not too dissimilar to a sporting event. One highlight was when the Events Producer told me I was chosen to be the Events Production Assistant because it was an important position that required a person that would be reliable and relatable.. Role included: Directing conduit between audience members and production Ensuring audience member safety and security Following strict schedule, including having every audience and VIP member seated by show time Show less

Worked on several projects in different capacities, including: One Tree Hill (Camera Assistant) Do you know the saying that “Everything I know I learned in kindergarten”? The same can be said for this show. A lot of the lessons and methods I learned on this show still help me today. Many talented people took the time to teach me about the day-to-day on set and the way the business works. I was very fortunate to be surrounded by such people and have many fond memories of working on the show. House of Wax (Personal Assistant) This was an interesting experience for me. Early in my career and I was still finding my way. What better way than to jump headlong into an $80 million film? Never a dull moment and great exposure to everything that goes into making a big-budget film - and a vision - come true. Show less
