Directed and managed the development of key engineering documents, “Systems Engineering Playbook” and “DHIMS Technical Standard Operating Procedures, templates Responsible for delivering a 5 year Technical Plan that outlines a path to modernization for all DHIMS products Theater and Garrison and the migration from legacy compute platforms such as RISC and Itanium to next generation x86 on Windows and RHEL. Attended numerous Defense Acquisition University Courses.
