Jason is one of those people who immediately puts you at ease with his winning smile. Not only is he personable and outgoing, he also has outstanding customer service skills. Jason has a contagious enthusiasm about his job which rubs off on his customers. I feel that Jason sells himself as well as his product. Jason is comfortable interacting with all levels within an organization. He enjoys discussing the different types of coffee beans and their flavors with our executives, and takes the time to review the features of the coffee machine with new employees. Jason is also reliable. He shows up at our office every week to service our office coffee machine and discuss his products. Due to his diligent attention, our machine has never broken down. Jason will make extra trips to our office when we have large meetings and makes sure we have all the beverage accessories we desire. We are always well stocked with extra coffee beans, tea, creamer and sweeteners. He has also gone out of his way to pick up product that he doesn’t normally stock, such as honey and almond milk when we requested it. It always brightens my day when Jason comes by for a visit. Jason’s drive and personality make him an asset to his company.
