  Responsible for a multi-discipline engineering team, including hydraulic engineers, controls engineers, mechanical design engineers and electrical engineers. Managing a team of engineers responsible for bespoke product realisation to suit a customers application, varying from small low value standard hydraulic power units to large turn key solutions. With the engineering department broken down in several smaller teams, split across 2 sites, I remain directly responsible for 2 put of the 5 teams whilst having overall responsibility for the department. • Engineering Group Leader

  Whilst continuing with my previous role as a lead technical applications engineer, I now look after the engineering group at our UK headquarters. The team comprises the hydraulic engineers and design group leader as direct reports, and the design team and document control team as indirect reports.Our function is to fully support all System and Engineering solutions from concept through to realisation, through the most efficient means.
