How do you harness the power of data from disparate systems for the betterment of the environment, worker engagement, patient outcomes, customer satisfaction, financial profitability, etc? How do you use predictive analytics to improve the maintenance and operation of facilities? How do you optimize both energy consumption and on-site energy generation? As the group leader of preconstruction for the general building vertical, I was responsible for the development and supervision of preconstruction managers, specialists and coordinators to ensure the successful delivery of projects to both internal and external clients. Some of my additional responsibilities included aiding with identifying, developing and closing profitable project opportunities with strategic customers, as well as the ongoing development of internal department procedures to align with the organizational vision. Faith Technologies' preconstruction management personnel are located in multiple locations in Wisconsin, and in our regional offices in Atlanta, GA and Lenexa, KS, Nashville, TN and Tampa, FL.
