10/25/2018 To whom it may concern: Jason Zutterling has worked for me as an IT Manager in our company, Skinny IT, where I am the Sr. Vice President, IT/Technical Operations. In my position, which I have held for 2 years, I supervise a staff of 15 employees. I am writing to recommend that you consider Jason for an IT Manager/Director role with superior hands-on experience with software development, server and network infrastructure administration, website/portal builds, etc. In all my 20+ years of experience, some people stand out for their great qualities and Jason is definitely one of those people. He is well known for his numerous qualities: intelligence, work ethic, positive attitude, teamwork mentality, leadership, diligence, loyalty, etc. He is well respected throughout the organization for being the "go-to" person for any IT issues/needs, for meeting short deadlines, for accomplishing impossible tasks, etc., and throughout the time I've known him, he has shown me time and again that he is a positive, motivated leader with amazing potential. During his time at Skinny IT, he played an important role in developing unique, custom web portals for a few Fortune 500 companies. Jason was also the key figure in migrating hundreds of on-premise Microsoft accounts to our Cloud during a company acquisition. Without his knowledge, skill set and leadership, these projects would have failed, and we would have lost twp of our biggest clients, Burger King and Jack in the Box. When Jason is given a task where he is not well versed, he throws himself into researching and learning the product/process and becomes very knowledgeable and successful very quickly. There was no task or project I had given him that he did not produce and succeed. In summation, due to his great attitude, dedication and excellent potential, I would heartily recommend that you accept Jason for any senior IT Manager position. I am positive that he would flourish and achieve great potential and would be as great an asset to your team as he has been to mine. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of further assistance. I can be reached at (469) 304-9079 or at mike.grigsby@skinnyit.com. Sincerely, Mike Grigsby Senior Vice President, I.T./Technical Operations Skinny IT

Jan 2018 - Oct 2018
Skinny IT purchased IST in January 2018. Currently a systems administrator over internal IT and 3rd party applications. This includes managing Active Directory, Exchange (on-prem and Office 365), Azure, SQL, Hyper-V, and several 3rd party applications. In addition, I also work with the development team working on writing web portals for clients and internal use. Primarily using C# and IIS for development and hosting including the use of Javascript and Bootstrap to add to their functionality. Working with both the development end and the administration end, it has allowed me a role in every level of the software life cycle from an idea on a whiteboard to fully deploying to a production environment.
