I have had the pleasure of working with Jason for many years during his tenure as the Executive Director of the Friesian Horse Association of North America (FHANA). As a Director and Vice President of FHANA I worked side by side with Jason and came to appreciate the incredible complexity of his position and the many different role he has to play within the association. I am particularly impressed by Jason's ability to navigate the often difficult political landscape that is present in FHANA. Its a delicate balance to manage relationships with employees, members and board members in this association while being the central entity that keeps the association operating smoothly- and Jason has managed to do so.

Jason is a highly professional, multi-faceted administrator. His skill at running an office and staff effectively is a strength that will carry over to any position Jason is involved in community activities, especially youth programs. Mr. Tice is a reliable, focused on company success, and keeping staff in a positive state of mine and stays aware of the inner operations of the company. A solid hire for any company that can use a high performing professional
