Responsible for the planning and coordination of the CDABP training calendar (virtual and in-person). Coordinate training logistics, event speakers, site arrangements, catering when necessary. Responsible for reporting, update and submit reports for billing (Task Sheet Reports/KPI reporting/Program Totals) and annual reports. Assist Contractor Development Managers with updating Contractor Profiles. Assist with documentation management, filing, scanning uploading to shared folders. Serve as team member on internal communication team (Powered Employee Communication) LA Contractor Weekly (LACW) – formatting LACW content and material to be ready for publication and distribution. Provide support with social media efforts. Assist with membership renewals/subscription management. Expense Management, ensuring all program receipts and invoices are collected internally. Provide additional office support such as: receive/distribute mail, ordering office supplies, Floor Warden and answering phones. Verify Program Resources and keep them up to date. Show less
