DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Client Management Assistance - Filing of documents like receiving copies, transmittal, and duplicate copy of documents submitted on other departments, etc. - Sorting and allocations of giveaways of certain events or occasions - Typing/Editing some documents - Encoding in a database like their daily transactions, inwards and outwards - Preparing/Checking the payroll account application form of the company - Inventory - Prioritizing the workloads - Photocopy/Scanning of documents for filing - Helping the other intern - Assisting them with client relationship - Filing of documents that has to be notarized - Submitting a document and the others to a certain department - Follow-up the status of the documents or transactions I’m familiar with banking transactions like fund transfer, payroll, and conversion. I have also been taught about credit and loan maturity process, etc. I helped them to decorate a room if they have celebrations or events and wrapping the gifts/giveaways. Complicated, rush, hectic yet enjoyable. Yes! Enjoyable because of the tiredness, lack of sleep, ups, and downs. I knew these were part of the job and success that I am aiming for in the future.
