I am currently styling multiple high end properties and spaces, around three per week. This is an extremely fast paced role so time management is crucial and good communication between clients, agents and our reps is a must. I view and measure up each property, plan and choose all hard and soft furnishings, and follow through to installation. At Roberts ltd. I was the sole Interior Designer for this building/renovations company designing commercial interiors for offices, cafes, restaurants and retail stores. This work involved reading architect drawings and re-drawing them up on Archicad to produce interior floor plans and 3D elevations and rendered perspective images to present to clients. Most of the projects involved providing specs and measurements. A few projects involved heading to the site with the quantity surveyor and measuring the site accurately, drawing rough sketches and plotting measurements by hand in a diary with any notes, complications, specs then transferring it all to Archicad, and Illustrator PDFs. I had regular meetings with clients and consulted with them working towards their visions of what they wanted their space to look and feel like, this sometimes involved the owner of the building company consulting with me, and other times I consulted by myself or with the office administrator who would sit in and write meeting minutes. Researching and finding products and textiles for the projects, finding the best possible prices and quality products for the projects and then presenting these to the clients. Working on fast paced deadlines, I had to learn the ability to finish floor plans and rendered perspectives as fast as possible to an extremely high standard. My flair for art and my strong software skills was an advantage for me. Show less

Retail sales assistant at a Shampoo shop at a busy mall, consulting with customers to find the right hair care products for their condition. Understanding the ingredients in each and every product and what it can do to help, or harm the hair. I had to examine and evaluate the clients hair and scalp in some instances to put them on to a specific hair care product that would help them and suit their budget. Restocking of shelves on a regular basis and setting up displays and advertisement. I completed entry certificates to both Premiere academy and Cut Above academy for hairdressing during college.
