Louise Ashmore

Jasmine joined Leepeck Group as an apprentice on a Business administration apprenticeship, but quickly proved herself as a highly competent copywriter, creative thinker and a strong member of the team. She took fantastically to the world of marketing and was involved with many big projects for some of our major clients. Working in client services, Jasmine took on work for both the Account Management and PR teams and was offered a permanent role before her apprenticeship had even finished! I found her enthusiasm, fast learning, ability and positive attitude refreshing and she is joy to work with, an asset to any team.

      • Feb 2018 - Oct 2018

Employed by Sun Branding Solutions as a Project Manager working on client site at Kingfisher plc within the Brand Application Team as a Packaging Artwork Project Manager.I took on one of the highest profile projects the client has, administering a new brand across 800+ SKU’s, for implementation on the same deadline date, whilst also taking on smaller ad hoc SKU projects outside of my allocated category.I had to ensure process was followed for the timely delivery of packaging artwork within my allocated category in the business and spent much of my time liaising with key stakeholders to choreograph a critical path analysis across each project.Making sure that artwork is prepared to brief was one of my main responsibilities and I did this by communicating effectively with artwork agencies.I also had to handle the translation and validation of packaging copy and have a good understanding of different print terminology, structural packaging, and the products being sold by the client.

Having spent 2 and a half years in Personal Insolvency, I wished to expand into Corporate Insolvency. This, however, was a short-lived experience because an opportunity to get back into a creative environment arose.
