Having proven successful at overcoming the challenges and increasing sales in first the womenswear department, and then more recently childrenswear, now responsible for managing menswear. As the highest turnover division it is essential to ensure the department is merchandised in line with company guidelines and meets the required visual standards. Monitoring the department and overall store performance using a variety of sales reports and reacting appropriately to this information to drive sales. Where necessary relaying this back to the corporate level in ambassador calls to correct stock levels. In order to effectively maintain the department, establishing consistent and thorough staff training is a crucial responsibility. Also overseeing Brand Presentation to ensure all aspects of visual display and merchandising across the store are commercially appropriate.
