  During the global pandemic I worked with my family to deliver essential foods and equipment such as toilet rolls, milk etc to those who were unable to make it to shops. I worked daily switching between the delivery role and the admin process of collecting people's orders, placing them on the master spreadsheet with names and addresses in and then preparing a route plan for the deliveries.
