    • Legal Research and Mooting Skills Programme
      • Oct 2018 - Jun 2019

Successfully completed Oxford University's Legal Research and Mooting Skills Programme, which introduced me to both academic and practical legal research in order to take part in a moot on a problem of tort law. My feedback on the moot was as follows: 'Jasmine's moot was excellent overall. Both the written and oral arguments were organised in a clear and concise way. Jasmine's written submissions had excellent structure and her oral submissions were conveyed with confidence and persuasion. Jasmine had an excellent understanding of the legal issue and authorities, addressed the opposing arguments in an effective manner and applied the authorities well. Jasmine accurately perceived the object of questioning and effectively integrated her responses into the arguments. Her responses were clear and she had good engagement with the bench throughout. Her performance was also excellent, with great use of language and expression.'
