I worked with Jasmine from 2018 to 2022 in the office of COMPASS Career & Academic Advising. Jasmine was an excellent advisor, taking the time to get to know each individual student on her caseload. She would always spend the time needed to help the student, rather than just moving them "through the system". Jasmine always had new and creative ideas on how to better connect with students. She actively provided feedback to supervisors to help make the department better. She knew her job inside and out and could always be counted on to assist in other areas as needed. She was an active staff member, serving on many committees and work groups, helping the college as a whole become better. I would highly recommend Jasmine for any position she aspires.
