Jasmine joined ImpactB2B as a marketing intern for three months. I was highly impressed by her work attitude and professionalism. A few key areas to highlight: Personal Responsibility: Jasmine always completed assigned tasks in a timely manner and never failed to complete things she said she would. Her attitude towards completing tasks was always professional and I could rely on her to be available to assist me in daily work tasks. Management: Jasmine has a unique ability in helping to ‘manage up’ and help keep those above her on track. She encourages others to complete their tasks so that she can do her assigned job to the best of her abilities. She helped run two virtual webinars and ensured they were run on time and facilitated their efficient completion. Research: Jasmine completed several research tasks during her apprenticeship and always made sure to be thorough and return a complete analysis of the data requested. Organization: Jasmine always came prepared for meetings where she was organized with any topics and content that needed to be addressed. She values others' time and knows that being organized is a desirable trait when keeping a team focused and on-task. Reliability: Jasmine was always on time for meetings and always communicated if there was a conflict with her schedule. She attended virtual client meetings where she conducted herself in a professional manner. She is very dependable and takes her tasks seriously and values being a part of the team. Personality: Jasmine is kind, approachable, has a positive and can-do attitude, and is genuinely fun to work with. I can highly recommend Jasmine as an intern or junior hire and wish her all the best for her future career.
