I signed up for one of Jasmine's GoalDigger Masterclass and really enjoyed how the session was run! Jasmine created a chill and relaxing atmosphere which helped us in the session be more comfortable in sharing ideas and our experiences in the group. She brought such a positive energy and helped me think more specifically and practically about my long-term goals and visions. Absolutely love the concept behind Babes on Waves!

I did a Goal Diggers masterclass with Jasmine recently and it was fantastic. Jasmine created a really fun and relaxed environment that was well structured and engaging. She broke down the often daunting task of setting goals, emphasising how we as women tend to underestimate ourselves, and how to overcome those limiting beliefs whilst keeping goals achievable and in line with we where we are now. Guiding us through a well thought out template, using her own examples, she then gave us time at each 'stage' to focus on how we could apply it to ourselves. It was so good to have that time to actually DO it! And she played some really groovy tunes. I'd always got a bit bogged down by professional goals, forgetting the importance of personal ones, and Jasmine reminded me of the importance of them, and guided us through a mindful approach to it all. Her BabesOnWaves platform is so cool and the community that's building on there is so supportive. If you're looking to get crystal clear on your next steps then get in touch with Jasmine, she's really passionate about helping women up-level and is a delight to work with!
