  My responsibilities of this job is to help lead our players into success on and off the court. I have been giving the job to help with the guards position. Specifically focussing in on the point guard position. Helping to make an input on things that can better our team is required of me (drills, ideas, positioning of players, etc). I also hold the responsibility to help with film, watching our opponents and helping to make scouting reports for our players. With film also I have critique sessions with the coach and players to help explain things about improving their game. If we are on the road or playing at home I have the job responsibility to handle the food and getting meal orders together. Show less
