To Whom It May Concern, It is my pleasure to recommend Jasmine Bacajol for future marketing internship opportunities. During our time together, Jasmine displayed great aptitude for learning and mastering every obstacle presented to her. When I first met Jasmine, I was impressed with her amazing positive attitude and eagerness to learn. While she may not have had the most experience with Excel and PowerPoint at first, her ability to pick up the technical skills was extraordinary. My first experience with Jasmine’s growth potential came when I was asked to mentor her on a school marketing project. Jasmine was asked to present a marketing product strategy plan that required using PowerPoint and Excel. Jasmine’s experience with Excel were limited but her eagerness to exceed expectations showed her working extra hours to learn how to properly clean, transform and identify raw excel data into actionable forecasted revenue data for her marketing strategy plan. Jasmine was able to effectively present her marketing strategy plan with great reviews. It was not her growth that impressed me the most, but rather her great communication and team building skills. She is able to become friends with everyone she meets which proves she will be a great cultural fit. Her confidence inspires others to work together to exceed expectations. Her positive attitude and leadership skills have made her a joy to work with. If you need more information or need further examples, please feel free to contact me at 847-529-3222 or by email at CarloMLopez@yahoo.com. I would be more than happy to elaborate on my time working with Jasmine. Sincerely, Carlo M Lopez Management Consultant Depaul Alumni Grad
