  As a coach I train and assist new instructors in the development of both their sailing skills & teaching skills. The train of employees sailing skills takes place in selected training weekends outside of the summer season. Within summer weeks themselves I mentor them in their learning curve of becoming an independent sailing instructor, who can teach children how to sail well in a fun and safe manner.
