Jasmina and I worked at E*Trade together from 2014 to 2017, first as colleagues in Credit Risk, then as her manager. Her design talent was critical to our department’s communication and branding. She showed leadership in establishing relationships across the organization and acted as a project manager on our key quarterly deliverables, and somehow made our quant-work elegant, communicative, and fun! She showed up for work every day with a smile, a positive attitude, and a creativity and resourceful that our team needed. She can solve problems quickly at any level, in any organization. She is honest with a high level of integrity and respect for others, and I was particularly impressed with her inclusiveness in bringing people of diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority together for cohesive working relationships as well as fun off-site team outings. And I never got tired of all the complements on how beautiful all of our team’s reporting, presentations, and internal PR were. I am proud to recommend her and would be thrilled to work with her in the future.

In 2018 my firm Amaryllis hired Jasmina as our Graphic Design Manager and right off the bat, she proved to be a superstar. In her first couple of days in her new position she worked on multiple 3-D renderings and a presentation board that wowed our high-end clients - even volunteering to present her work in person during the bid consultation. Again, this was in her first couple of days. She was still being orientated to our work culture and she stepped right up to the plate to deliver designs that perfectly accentuated the mood and flow of our event. I was impressed by her talent, her grace under pressure, and her hard-working ethics and throughout her tenure at Amaryllis, those qualities never faltered. Jasmina is highly adaptable, tenacious, and creative. Her experience and knowledge in all platforms of art (she is also a talented painter and illustrator) makes her an individual that you would love to have part of your team and company.
