Once received at operations.Detailed checking of the documents in accordance with IRDA guidelines and adhering to SOP and completing the invoice within the TAT.Booking revenue for the concerned team who is servicing the client and maintaining the documents into application for future reference. The income reflects under YTD, which shows income at team level & Individual servicer’s level.Processing Endorsement and Fee based transactions as per the guidelines in the SOP and within TAT. Handled re-insurance operations for some time.
