  • Responsible for full life cycle recruitment of IT for cleared and non-cleared professionals • Recruited IT Professionals including but not limited to the following skill sets: .NET, Java, Business Analysts, Mobile Application Developers, Big Data & Hadoop, QA Analysts, Front-End UI/UX, Database Developers, Database Administrators, Selenium, Performance Testing, Robotic Process Automation. • Establishing positive working relationships with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies per the business and proposal needs. • Develop deep domain knowledge and understanding of business projects and the types of employees needed to ensure the success of each project. • Source candidates through traditional and creative methods, including all the job boards, LinkedIn and employee/candidate referrals. • Work closely with and manage vendors and other staffing resources to identify available talent • Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge. • Determining candidate’s qualifications by thoroughly interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; conducting technical evaluations, and closely comparing qualifications to client requirement. • Manage scheduling process for phone and in-person interviews with applicants and hiring managers • Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. • Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system (Ceipal & Quickbase) • Conducting regular follow-up with submitted candidates to open positions to create a partnership, and source new candidate leads. • Arranging management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging office tours. • Prepare new hire paperwork and gather all appropriate approvals • Maintaining and updating potential candidate/client database for current and future job opportunities.
