  Oversee and provide high-level support for five departments including: Aquatics, Early Childhood & Youth Programming, Recreation Programming, Customer Service and Memberships, and Special Events and Operations. In addition, responsible for the district's continued CAPRA accreditation. Responsible for creating and achieving annual division revenue goal of approximately $5MM through appropriate fees, rentals, partnerships, sales, grants, alternative fundraising and concessions. Oversees total annual division budget of approximately $7.5 MM. Establish and analyze overall priorities, goals, and objectives for the Recreation Services Division; works with program managers and supervisors to establish goals and objectives and set direction for each of their departments in the areas of budget, program development, staffing, and facility management. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional plans and/or strategies that will maximize participation in district recreation programs and facilities including but not limited to; communications and marketing strategy development and implementation, community engagement, public information, public relations, news media relations, brand, reputation, and crisis management. Ensure compliance and effectiveness of district's cost recovery policies and procedures. Responsible for development and management of the annual budget for the Recreation Services Division including but not limited to: reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring expenditures and revenues to remain within established budgetary constraints as approved. Lead efforts to establish, implement, and evaluate district goals and strategic tasks as they relate to district operating principles as approved by the Board of Directors. Work with management team to prioritize district needs and opportunities and implement district initiatives.
