I led the social media department at full-service agency One Black Bear as Senior Social Media Manager from October 2017 to April 2018. My team was responsible for social media management for a number of consumer-facing and B2B clients, most notably the FTSE 250 company National Express, who have an annual paid social budget of over £200,000 and an audience size of over 300,000. During my time here we have increased ROI on National Express’ paid social media activity by 158%. I also played an instrumental role in the creation and implementation of the National Express 'National Wonders' campaign; a series that celebrates what it means to be British by creating a number of social media videos highlighting the unique, quirky events that take place throughout the UK. The series had reached over 800,000 people and generated over £22,000 in revenue in the first three months of activity.
