I recently worked with Jarvis as a speaker for the recent 2013 ICSA Conference he organised at the ExCel. This event stood out for me because of the sharp efficiency of Jarvis and his event planning team. As a professional speaker it is rare to find such organisational excellence and an absolute pleasure when one does. From the initial requirement briefing to the receipt of joining information and from my arrival at the event reception desk, through to the moment I left the venue, I felt valued. More importantly, I was apprised of all the information I needed to make my participation seamless, which enabled me to concentrate on delivering at my best to the ICSA audience. I'd be more than happy to work with Jarvis again and highly recommend him as the consummate events professional

      At BME Global I was responsible for the operational planning and management of high level strategic conferences, with accompanying large scale international exhibitions, taking place in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region. The position also required full control and oversight of individual budgets for both the conference and exhibition elements of each event. As well as handling all sourcing, negotiation and management with suppliers, I had 'hands-on' involvement in a wide range of other processes and tasks required for each event including production of event show guides, dealing with the production of both small and large scale print items and staff management both pre-event and on site. I acted as the key point of contact for all event sponsors as soon as they came on board, including sourcing, proofing and approving the deliverables contained in their sponsorship packages.
