After difficult times with Symbian and Meego discontinuation, were able to build a world-class technology team which delivered excellent results over and over again.

Tampere Algorithm, system design and DSP SW development of GSM circuit switched multislot data demonstrator and standardization support. Developed (at the time hugely futuristic ;-) demonstrator showing live video over GSM phone, demonstrated successfully by the Intel CEO Andrew Grove during his keynote speech in Telecom 95 fair. Developed and implemented new proprietary channel coding for the demonstrator. Codec was also later proposed to GSM standard (14.4kbps codec).
