The program offered to improve the social and emotional well-being of first nations populations by using mixture of structures psychological approaches, trauma-informed practices and cultural life story work. Additionally, the program offers clinical care coordination in with the aim to improve first nations health outcomes for children in out of home care. New program is expecting to launching in early February 2023.
