I am proud to have helped 100's and 100's of schools all over Australia. Super proud to have helped 1000's and 1000's of Teachers and Students, to be the best they can be. Now its time to enjoy some time off. To spend quality time with my Family, including our ever growing puppy and start to tick off the long list of projects that I have wanted to do for a long time. After consistently achieving the number 1 sales consultant over 3 years, I was promoted to be Sentral's National Business Development Manger, Senior Consultant and finally the National Sales Manager. As the Team grew, the need for a National Sales Manager arose, with the purpose to build and lead a winning Team. I accepted the challenge and together with the support and Team work of multiple departments, we grew from $4million to $28million over a 5year period. During my last 4 years at Sentral, I have successfully led Sentral's National Team of Education Consultants. As a Team we have supported each other, and succeeded in increasing revenue growth from $4 million to $28 million. Whilst in this National Leadership Role, I recruited and built a Sales Machine, developed a sales process, allowing Sentral to expand and grow our schools into the new world of Cloud Hosted Solutions across multiple states in Australia.       As a client, Transport for NSW required myself and 2 other colleagues to assist in professionally developing over 300 trainers in NSW. Having worked with Transport for NSW in a once in a generation opportunity, I was an integral part of driving and delivering the largest scale transformation of change in an entire transport cluster, ever seen in Australia’s history. As the “Train the Trainer” for TfNSW, I had the responsibility of increasing the trainers ability to deliver engaging, impactful, involving and competency based training to 600 participants per week on average. This was achieved through design and development of Professional Development workshops and highly engaging training days, 1 on 1 mentoring, coaching and trainers’ reviews. This role had massive immediate and also far reaching benefits, which are focused on ensuring the customer is the central benefactor. I am proud to have been a part of the design and delivery of the trainers Professional Development Days, the opportunity to observe and support the trainers in their training, facilitating and coaching competencies and having the opportunity to build a review a platform so we could demonstrate changes in skill levels allowing an on going learning path to be set.       Give my team a fish and they eat for a day or teach them how to fish and they can eat for a life time.Requested to take on this newly created role to dramatically increase digital product sales as the business had to move from a print centric model to a digital model. This role was similar to the PDE role but with a much stronger emphasis on in house training, design and delivery spread across sales training and product knowledge to increase product breadth and to increase sales competencies whilst increasing commitment and motivation.
