Simply put, Jarrod Newman is one of the finest sales managers (and that term doesn’t do his service justice) I’ve ever encountered, not just in the technology sector but across all manner of vendors with which my company interacts. We started working with Jarrod well over a year ago as we contemplated an upgrade in our processing platform. Once we got through the contract stage – which was very professional and cordial – we thought the difficult part was behind us. We were sorely mistaken. Sparing the details, but through no fault of WorldPay or Jarrod, the transition to the new processing and gateway platforms proved more difficult than anticipated. However, at every turn and challenge, Jarrod was there to support the initiative and was often the only person we could count on to proactively assist. Even since the final transition, issues have continued to come up (as they are apt to do), and Jarrod still provides customer service that truly exceeds anything we’ve ever encountered. He is responsive. He is efficient and effective. He is professional, courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not recommend anyone more highly.
