KonicaMinolta was recently formed by a merger between two Japanese imaging firms. Although both Konica and Minolta were already established brands in Finland, it was a big challenge to build up; more or less from scratch, a strong market presence for the new finnish KonicaMinolta subsidiary. In this task as a Marketing Manager Jarno succeeded very well both in office and production color printing. During those five years, when Jarno worked directly under my supervision, I learned to know Jarno as a creative and self-driven Marketing Manager, who worked hard to reach agreed goals. As a Marketing Manager or a Management Team member, Jarno earns my highest recommendation.
