Pasi Lehmus
I have known Jarkko since 2011, when he started as a CIO in the City of Tampere. His background is technical, which creates a solid ground for understanding the trends and opportunities in the fast changing ICT environment. He has also proven ability of understanding the big picture of large and critical ICT operations. Jarkko belonged into the board of "Valtori" in 2018-2020.
