As a development driven person, I’m passioned in continously improving sales processes and resources to improve the business, and to make company and daily work better both for Finnsementti and for the customers. Sales skills, such as negotiation and influence skills, are very important and I’m continously improving myself in these areas. A great thing about the current role is excellent relationships with the customers, which is maintained and improved by continous visits and meetings. Personal relationships are very important and developement of it is one of the main focus areas on my daily work.

The negotiating skills in the role were important to achieve the targets and successfully manage all the stakeholders. I was leading the group's (CRH) task force working group, which have a representative from CRH's European plants. Interaction with the CRH was important and continuous in the role.
