I had a priviledge to work with Jarkko for appr. 2 years with ELIXIA-business. He was responsible for the Sales and Marketing departments and a member of the Finnish Management team. His working style with positive insights together with an ability to challenge the used to be helped us take new actions. He carried the change management responsibilities within his teams while at the same time kept focusing to reach the sales goals. Jarkko is competenced with sales management skills, but also experienced with the actual sales work. He was actively taking part in developing the new sales channels as well as upgrading the local sales skills in the separate sales teams.

Jarkko worked under me at Panalpina in the position of Head of Sales & Marketing 2013-2015. During this challenging period he showed a great proactiveness and dynamic approach towards new client acquisition and key account management. Few highlights of his Panalpina career was winning both Vaisala and ABB tenders/businesses, where Jarkko's input did finally separate us from competition and resulted of winning these large accounts for Panalpina.
